Take the example of ASU President Michael Crow who has spent millions and millions of taxpayer dollars to crush professors. Fired Kathryn Milun is a perfect example. She won her discrimination case against ASU with the EEOC and with the school's arbitration committee. Crow has steadfastly refused to settle with her costing us taxpayers a huge amount of money. There are many other cases. This should surprise no one because Crow was the same bully when he was vice provost at Columbia. See the case of Chichilnisky vs Columbia. He caused Peter Eisenberger to have a heart attack, tried to fire prominent Prof. Chichilnisky, even went so far as to order break ins to her office and lab.
